Development Manager
Precious Claytor is an experienced fundraising and nonprofit management professional, currently serving as the Development Manager for Just The Beginning- A Pipeline Organization. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
Precious began her career working with vulnerable populations facing mental health disparities, which fueled her passion for nonprofit development. Her volunteer work with grassroots organizations further solidified her commitment to fundraising. In her recent roles, she has specialized in individual donor acquisition, grant management, and executing high-impact special events.
Her long-term vision is to bridge funding gaps for organizations dedicated to advancing social change and inclusivity.
